2018 French Tour

In 2016 students from our partner school, Lycée Darchicourt, came to Lilydale High School for the school’s third three-week exchange. They were amazed to find snakes, lizards and frogs in the Reptile Room and enjoyed the experience of handling these animals.

This year almost one hundred French students applied for the 24 available places to participate in the 2018 Exchange to Lilydale High School.

We are still looking for host families for about ten students. They arrive on February 18, 2018 and leave on March 7. Anyone interested in hosting should contact Sharon Stoyanoff or Kristy Mays at LHS.

Students participating in the 2018 French tourare urged to ensure that they submit their required documents to Mrs Stoyanoff as soon as possible.

Indonesian

Year 7 students of Indonesian have recently completed the Speaking section of their Common Assessment Task. They were able to ask and answer questions about each other’s families using a photograph as a prompt for the conversation.
