Wellbeing Week 

The Wellbeing Team is really good at listening when it feels like there is a mess in your head. We’ve noticed at the moment a lot of our students have worries about tests, exams or SACs coming up and it can feel like a lot of pressure! It’s important for our young people to manage their study time, rest time, play time AND their thinking time in a good balance.


When it comes to keeping our minds healthy, there are some helpful and unhelpful ways of thinking. We found this illustration and think it’s a great reminder for us of what is and isn’t in our control. This will ensure that we don’t get overwhelmed by things outside of our own control as well as taking ownership over our thoughts and behaviours. We hope you like it!
