5/6 - Mainstream and Steiner

Working Together – Working Together means working with other people to

collaborate on a piece of work. I think everyone needs working together in their

day-to-day life. Working together is essential to a growth mindset. - Leah 5/6 C

Trust – Trust is a very important thing to have. Trust is someone believing in you

to do the right thing. To have trust you need to have discipline, integrity and

kindness. Trust is hard to make and easy to break. - Alex 5/6 A

Respect – Respect comes in all shapes and sizes, whether it’s looking after

someone’s belongings, or looking after the world. Tiny things like picking up

rubbish is respecting the environment. Respecting things will also inspire people to

do it as well. - Aeryn 5/6 S

Perseverance – Perseverance means not giving up even if thigs are hard.

Perseverance is important to everyday life in many ways. It means to keep trying

even if people tell you to stop or tell you that you are bad. Having a growth mindset

is an important part of perseverance. That is why perseverance is an important

value to have. - Eve 5/6 B

Integrity – Integrity is a must use value. If there is no supervision, you do the right

thing. If you think the teacher is looking away, you do the right thing. It also ties in

with trust. It takes a long time to make and it’s easy to break. If someone is trusting

you, they are trusting you to show integrity.  - Olivia & Savian 5/6 A
