 Well-Being Team Report

Well-Being at Reservoir High

When we think about wellbeing, we think about being able to live a meaningful life, having a sense of control and mastery, and being able to manage everyday challenges and stressors through developing skills, coping strategies and resilience.

It is about having a sense of belonging, connection and safety. Wellbeing enables a young person to engage with learning, to have healthy relationships, experience success and flourish in all aspects of their life.

Supporting the wellbeing of students is a responsibility of the entire school community. In every facet of school life at Reservoir High, we work to develop a respectful and supportive environment where young people feel connected to each other, staff and the community.
