As we reach the midpoint of the year, it's time to reflect on the wonderful experiences and achievements we have had. This semester has been filled with growth, exploration, and a zest for learning. This week we have highlighted some of the best moments and activities.

Swimming lessons have been a major highlight of the second term for Grade 1/2 students. They dove into the pool, brimming with enthusiasm and excitement, as they learned valuable water safety skills and developed their confidence in the water. Students demonstrated remarkable progress in their swimming abilities. 

Students have enjoyed writing recipes and instructions for exciting experiments, they have honed their writing skills while fostering their creativity. Their procedural writing has been impressive, showcasing their ability to communicate ideas effectively. 

Beebots have been another highlight. Through coding and problem-solving challenges, they have developed their computational thinking skills while having a blast. The students have shown creativity and adaptability in programming their Beebots to navigate mazes and accomplish specific tasks. Bee Bots have encouraged teamwork and collaboration as they worked together to solve coding puzzles.

As we celebrate the achievements of our Grade 1/2 students during the second term, we are reminded of the incredible growth they have shown academically and socially.
