House Cross Country

Great weather surrounded by days of rain. A wet weather cross country can be fun for the kids but not for this old organiser! It is a shame that so many parents allow their kids to not attend. There may come a day when such events are cancelled due to low numbers. That being said a fun day was had by all. The track, especially Railway Road, has had some work done - the mud pit is now gone.

School Football - Boys

The senior boys headed off to SSV footy on Tuesday the 16th. Their first game was up against Wonthaggi, going down by 14 points to a much older team. The boys got a win in their next game against Leongatha Secondary, 25-12. In their final game, the boys got their second win of the day, beating Mary Mackillop 43-3. Overall, the boys finished with 2 wins and 1 loss, and represented the school really well throughout the day and showed great sportsmanship. Congratulations team!
