Wellness Week

What an amazing week we have just experienced, and all so ably organised by our wonderful SRC team led by Madeleine Green and Kody Roth.

The students devoured 400 sausages, zooper doopers, cakes and cookies in a very special whole school BBQ and Bake Sale. ELC to Year 12 enjoyed the opportunity to be together, dancing singing and enjoying games organised by our House Captains. Our senior students tried yoga, disco danced and enjoyed the House challenges of dodgeball, basketball and netball. My personal highlight was the Wellness assembly and the Lip Sync battle between the staff and Year 12s. Sadly, the one 15 min rehearsal by the staff was not nearly enough to get them over the line. They were soundly beaten by a very polished Year 12 group, mind you the Year 12s included four professional dancers!

Special thanks must go to the SRC committee, Mrs Milich, Mr Lerversha, Miss Reiher and Mr Hawthorne for their support in organizing the week. Bring on Wellness Week 2023.

Laidlaw and Learmonth House Service

Congratulations to Laidlaw and Learmonth House on leading the Assembly this week.  The theme of their House Service was integrity, a value we hope all College students prioritise in all aspects of their lives.
