Prayer & Acknowledgment

PRAYER

As we begin a New Year of Learning, Teaching and Friendships, our St Brendan’s staff came together last Friday in prayer and shared in an outdoor liturgy on the Gospel of the Day;

‘The Mustard Seed’ Mark 4:26-34

The Parable of the Mustard Seed, encourages us to treasure the tiniest of all good deeds;

kind words and friendly gestures as they are the seeds which boost our confidence and adaptability to be like Jesus and be “Nurtured and Grow” in His love.

We pray for all our teachers and students beginning this new school year at St Brendan’s.

We pray for their families and our wider St Brendan’s Community that they will all be nurtured to grow to the fullest of their potential, body, mind and spirit.

Keep In Your Prayers and Thoughts…

All our Priests, seminarians and deacons.

Friends or family who have passed away this year.

Our friends and family who are unwell at the moment.

All our families and students, in the midst of the ongoing pandemic and isolation time at home, keep them safe and healthy.

Our teachers as they guide our children during this pandemic.

“And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith.”

Matthew 21:22
