Physical Education

Over the past fortnight, our students have been focussing on the following skills: 

Prep – receiving a bounce pass and catching

Grade 1/2 – ball control skills and dribbling with the preferred hand

Grade 3/4 – Invasion Games – tag ball and basketball

Grade 5/6 – Sport Education. Each class has selected a sport, classified as an invasion game, to play in a class roster. 5/6M & 5/6V have selected netball. 5/6P & 5/6S have chosen basketball.

Important Dates

AUGUST

Monday 14th – Eastern Metropolitan Region Netball finals

Monday 14th – Friday 18th – Prep to Grade 2 Swimming

Friday 18th – 5/6 Hoop Time

Monday 21st – Friday 24th – Grades 3 to 6 Swimming

SEPTEMBER

Friday 1st – 3/4 Hoop Time

Friday 8th – District Athletics
