Feast of the Assumption

The whole school went to the Parish Mass on Tuesday 15 August to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption. This Catholic feast day,  commemorates the belief that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was taken up into heaven after her earthly life. It's a perfect opportunity for families to come together in prayer, reflection, and celebration.  

Mary's love and faith made her special. So, on this day, let's celebrate Mary's adventure, her love for us, and how she inspires us to be kind and loving too!
