Hi Families,

Well, teams are signing up for the Trivia and Silent Auction night, FAST!!

If you are wanting to make up a team for the night, don't forget you can have family members and non CHPS friends on your table with you.

Now, here are the details again for those who may be asking:

Date - Saturday 12th August

Time - Doors open from 6.30 for a 7pm start to our night!!

Tickets - $25 per person.

Table - 10 - 12 people per table

How to book - Head to the school's office or contact our awesome office ladies and they will take down your details.

It is important that if you are booking a table with a group of friends, that you know your table number so that you can all ensure you sit at the same table. If unsure just check with the office 😊

Don't forget to join our event page @ https://www.facebook.com/events/810199494057142 , so that you can keep up to date and to also see what amazing items we will have up for auction on the night.

If any of our amazing families have a business etc, and would like to donate something to our Silent Auction or Raffles for the night, please email us at -

There are still some uncollected Hoyts Movie Packs at the office. So, if you have yet to grab the tickets you purchased, please head on in and pick them up.

If you have sold/eaten 😊 your Cadbury Chocolates, please return your payment or make payment asap.
