Loving the Library @ MSC

Library life is getting busier as we settle into the school year.

Scholastic Book Club will now be available at MSC for students to view and purchase great value books.  Many students may remember these magazines from Primary School.  They are a fundraiser for the MSC library with all reward credits being invested into supplementing our book collection.  Most importantly, looking at the magazine prompts our students to read and stimulates discussion about different literacy topics.  Buying books from the catalogue has been streamlined to make it much easier for families.  You can jump online and pay by credit card using the LOOP service or enclose the order form with the money in an envelope and drop into the library team.  Magazines will be on display and available in the library this term.  Please feel free to collect a magazine or you can view the catalogue online at

Orders for issue 2 have now closed. Delivery will be made to school and students will be notified to collect from the MSC Library.

Melton Library Membership Forms

Membership forms for the Melton Library are available in the MSC library and will be distributed to each year level over the next few weeks.  Please ensure your forms are completed and returned promptly so that we can access the great services they have to offer.

The MSC library is open from 8.30am – 4.30pm. Recess and lunchtime are for schoolwork, study or independent reading.  Students may borrow 4 books on a fortnightly basis and are able to re-borrow if required.
