Night Market Meeting – Wed 16th Oct, 7:30pm

A special thank you to all the parents who gave up their time to help with the Bunnings sausage sizzle yesterday. Without all the volunteers, the Bunnings Fundraiser could not have gone ahead.

Christmas Night Market – Friday 22nd Nov

Our last meeting really started the ball rolling! Thank you to all that attended. The market will open for everyone at 4:30pm and close by 8:30pm.

Volunteers required:

2 hour timeslots to be filled
Every classroom will be allocated a stall to run
Parent reps will be in contact with parents soon to begin organising timeslots
2 people minimum per timeslot/stall (this will be outlined when parent reps get in contact with you)

Donations required:

2nd hand uniforms and 2nd hand kids clothing only (please these must be in excellent condition)
2nd hand children’s books only (in excellent condition – no missing/ripped pages etc)
Marquees (3m x 3m minimum)– these will be returned to you as they will only be required for the day

Donations from each classroom:

Every year level will be requested to bring in an item for the market (eg napkins, soft drink cans/water bottles, paper plates etc) – a flyer will be sent out in your child’s bag this week
