Biz - E - Kidz Update
New aftercare routine
As communicated in Compass last week, Biz – E – Kidz will be trialling a new arrival and sign in routine. The purpose of this is to alleviate potential confusion and safety risks caused by a high volume of people on the southside of the school at 3:30pm.
New arrival and sign in routine:
Preps: this routine will stay the same; we will collect the preps from their classrooms and take them to the SAKGK for a snack, followed by playing in the library or on the playground.
Years 1, 2 and 3: at 3.30 will go straight to the flex and come inside. Years 1 and 2 will leave their bags on their class hooks, Year 3 will put their bags on downstairs COMM hooks. Biz - E - Kidz staff will then sign them in using a roll call. They will then be able to go outside for a snack and play
Years 4, 5 and 6: at 3:30 will go to the North side of the school and sign in near the gym / old Biz - E - Kidz. They can then have a snack and play until approximately 4pm. Then they will be able to choose to play on the north side until 5 pm or go to the FLEX / southside.
Please note:
Only gate 3 (the FLEX gate) will be open for families to collect their children.
At this point all Years 1 - 6 will be signed out at the FLEX.

Biz – E – Kidz Autumn 2023 Holiday Program Important dates
We are excited to announce the important dates for the Autumn 2023 holiday program.
Holiday Program Dates:
Holiday program runs Tuesday 11th April - Friday 27th January
We are open for the full day Monday 24th April for the pupil free day
We are closed for the public holiday on Friday 7th April, Monday 10th April, and Tuesday 25th April.
Holiday Program release - week Beginning Monday 6th March:
Program plans will be available online, via Compass, newsletter and email (we will not be releasing a hard copy).
Holiday Program Bookings open - Tuesday 14th March:
Bookings can be made online through your Smartcentral account.
Holiday Program Bookings Close - Friday 17th March:
Bookings can still be made after this date but are subject to availability.
Confirmations of places - Week Beginning 20th March:
Confirmation of places in the program or waiting list will be emailed to families
Deposits due and last day to make changes - Friday 31st March
A $10 per child, per day deposit is due and last date to make any changes to your holiday program booking. Any cancellations, changes or non-attendance after this date will be subject to a $30 per child, per day administration fee.
