Term 1 Secondhand Uniform Stall

We held our Term 1 Secondhand Uniform Stall today. We had an overwhelming amount of donations for the stall this term, so a big thank you to all the families who have donated uniform they no longer require. 

I would like to thank Siew, Angela and Cara for helping us sort through the donations and getting them ready for the sale. It was no small task! 

Also many thanks to Pam, Alison and Kat for assisting with the sale and return of named items to the students. It was so lovely to have a group of devoted parent volunteers on the team.  We are proud to have raised $1,427!

Future Secondhand Uniform Stalls and Donations

To help assist the volunteers of the secondhand uniform stall, the PFC will now have allocated dates, once a term, when you can donate your secondhand uniforms. No donations will be accepted outside of this date and cannot be left at the School Office or in the lost property boxes. The PFC have set the donation drop off dates and stall dates for the remainder of 2023, so you can plan ahead for your donations and purchases. See calendar below for dates, times and locations for donations and the stalls.

Payment for secondhand uniform will be by EFTPOS only (MasterCard or VISA); no cash accepted.

The four lost property boxes will be emptied on each donation drop off date and sorted prior to the sale. All named items will be returned to students. Anything uncollected and unnamed may be sold at the sale to raise funds for our school. 

We are grateful for all donations of school uniform you no longer require for the PFC to sell as a fundraiser for the school. Items must be clean and in good condition with the current EHPS logo; please remove/delete names from donated uniform.

PFC AGM

Our next Parents & Friends Club meeting will be our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 22 March at 7pm in the Staff Room at school. The 2023-2024 Committee will be elected at the AGM. If you're interested in helping navigate our vital group on behalf of our school community, please consider nominating for one of the Committee positions.

Put it in your calendar - the EHPS Carnival will be on Saturday 18 November from 10am to 4pm.
