Chapel Mass

On Monday morning we celebrated our first Chapel Mass of the year. We are grateful that Fr Joey Frez (Assistant Parish Priest, Our Lady of Dolours) will once again celebrate our masses for us. A special thank you to Mr Di Sano’s Year 10 Religious Education class for hosting our Mass. We are now fortunate to have the Blessed Sacrament reserved in our Chapel for the school year.

Project Compassion

As a community we are asked to generously support the work of CARITAS in developing countries. Our donations will ensure that projects can be completed so that others may enjoy: health care, education, food security and clean drinking water, all of which we take for granted. By donating we are giving alms, that which we are asked to do during this Lenten season. May we take up this challenge, perhaps denying ourselves certain luxuries and donating these funds so that others on the margins may lead more dignified lives. We pray that we may look to the example of Blessed Edmund Rice who modelled for us giving to the poor in handfuls.
