Linda's Letters

Family Support Coordinator

Hi Everyone, how are you? I hope you are well and managing to stay cool on these hot days.

Have you been wondering what your child will do when they graduated from school?

Many families are worried because they don’t know what the next step may look like. Depending on what your child’s interests, their abilities and experience, there are many options such as services with a focus on preparing for work or services with a focus on independent living skills. When your child is in the senior section of school (ages 16 to 18 years of age) you will be invited to attend an information session which usually includes the opportunity to talk with service providers to get an understanding of what they offer. So please don’t worry, we will help you navigate the process to adult services. Please see the invitation below for the Post School
