This week we made roti, leek and mixed pea risotto and Karniyarik which originates in Turkey and consists of eggplant with mince. To make these recipes we picked capsicum, parsley, eggplant, basil and mint from the garden. The Roti was made by Grumpy Grapes. It was easy to make and was very yummy. We wished we doubled the recipe! The risotto was made by Monkey Mangos. It was really good and tasty. The Karniyarik was made by the Kool Kiwis and Canta-melons. Not many people enjoyed the egg plant. But all together this SAKG lesson was really fun!
