YEAR 12 BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EXCURSION

Students in Year 12 Business Management are currently studying operations management. On Monday 22nd May, they experienced operations management in practice at Bethune Dairy in Lake Boga. Students learned about the inputs and processes required to produce the finished product, as well as how they ensure a high-quality product with minimal waste. Bethune Dairy practices social responsibility in a number of ways and they incorporate technology within their business to help meet their business objectives. 

This experience was very informative and useful in the lead-up to the students next assessment task. Many thanks to Sally at Bethune Dairy for allowing our students this opportunity.
