Australian Defence Force Careers Presentation

Earlier this month two current members of the Australian Defence Forces ran a session on Career options in the ADF for interested students in Years 10, 11 and 12. One of the presenters was a mechanic, while the other was an infantry soldier. They talked about their life in the ADF and their journey from school through to their specific roles now. There was information about the Gap Year Program (which current Year 12 students can apply for) and how the ADF sponsors students through their university studies. There was also information on the processes involved in applying to join the ADF. Our students who attended the session asked lots of great questions.
