LOST PROPERTY

We have a huge amount of lost property at the office, if you student is missing anything, especially a fleecy jumper ask them to check. None of these items are named.

ROCHESTER SECONDARY COLLEGE INFORMATION

We currently have land lines at the College so our school number is 54841 844

The Administration Office can now be found behind the CVCC/GYM. Enter from Edward Street side of the school through the gate at the CVCC and walk around to your right the back of the building to find the general office.

LEAVING EARLY/LATE and BUS PASSES

A reminder to students if you arrive late or leave early you MUST come to the office and sign in/out.

Parents/Guardians please notify the office in the morning via phone 54841 844 or on XUNO if you require your child/children to leave early or will be arriving late. Otherwise send in a sign dated note and we ask that this be dropped to the office before the commencement of the day.

If your student requires a bus pass, please send in a letter stating when, where and the reason for travel and please drop off at the beginning of the day.

Please note some of the school buses are almost to their full capacity, your requests may not be approved, so alternate arrangements may have to be made.
