PTF AGM and Parent Information Night

Many thanks to everyone who attended the Parent Information Night last week. It was great to see so many families and staff members represented.

The PTF Annual General Meeting was also held with the following Executive being elected:

President ~ Mrs Kate Gough

Vice President ~ Mr Samuel Plevey

Secretary ~ Mrs Corrina Thomson

Treasurer ~ Mrs Fran Jackson

Heike Watson (outgoing Vice President) was thanked for her tireless work over the past few years which was extremely difficult due to the COVID pandemic.

The General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 8th March at 5:30pm at school and will also be available via zoom for those who wish to attend that way.

Camp Quality Primary School Cancer Education Program ~ Puppet Show

This Thursday 3rd March from 1:30-2:30pm the Camp Quality Puppets will be at Sacred Heart visiting all students in K-6. Please read the attachment for more details of the program.

CONFIRMATION DATES

For those students eligible to make their Confirmation this year please place the following dates on your calendar:

Reconciliation ~ St Joseph's Church, Gunnedah on Thursday 24th March at 5:30pm. Confirmation Retreat ~ St Xavier's School, Gunnedah on Friday 25th March. CONFIRMATION ~ St Joseph's Church, Gunnedah on Sunday 27th March at 9am.
