If you applied for CSEF with us last year, you do not need to complete another application form for 2022, unless there has been changes to your family circumstances.

For example the following changes have occurred:

  • changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, name, concession card number or new sibling commencing in 2022.

All applications are required to sign our new CSEF Agreement form to authorise us to use your CSEF fund towards your child's camps, excursions and activities. This can be collected at UHS Front Office.

A special consideration category also exists for asylum seeker and refugee families. The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.

Please contact the general office for an application form and agreement form to be returned with a copy of your current Health Care or Pension Card valid at 28th January 2022.
