Junior Sport
Year 3-6 House Athletics Competition
With the sun shining down, our Year 3-6 students set out to run, jump and throw to the best of their ability to earn points for their House. It was fantastic to hear cheers and chants from students, friends and families who attended to celebrate students’ performances.
The following students were announced as Athletics Champions for their outstanding individual achievements.

We also had several records broken by the following students:
- Ellen Frazer: Year 3 Girls 200m, Long Jump, Triple Jump
- Rose Moulton: Year 4 Girls Long Jump
- Joe Powell: Year 5 Boys 100m
- Jasmine Jones: Year 6 Girls 800m, Triple Jump, Shot Put
- Ryder Holland: Year 6 Boys 1500m
- Charlie Piper: Year 6 Boys Shot Put
Gibeon Warriors (Red House) were victorious for their second event in a row, narrowly edging ahead of Zion Crusaders (Blue House) in second place, and Tabor Trojans (White House) in third place. Blue House and White House will now need to dig deep to catch up to the fast-starting Red House students. Well done to every student who participated in this event!
