On Monday 7th and Thursday 10th, March our Year 9 and 10 students (respectively) attended the Project Rockit - Cyber Bullying Program.

  • Understanding of the role that bystanders can play in standing up to (cyber) bullying
  • New strategies for standing up to (cyber) bullying and protective/proactive behaviours to prevent it

About PROJECT ROCKIT

Our vision is to create a world where kindness and respect thrive over bullying, hate and prejudice and all young people are free to realise their potential.

For the last 13 years, we've been running high impact workshops in schools and creating resources that help young people stand up to bullying instead of standing by. We've worked with over 350,000 young people, sit on the Government's eSafety committee and are the go-to-youth cybersafety partner of Google, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, serving on their global safety boards.

We run strengths-based workshops BY young people, FOR young people. Through roleplays, experiments and interactive discussion, our trained program presenters support students to take action against (cyber)bullying, understand online consent and foster their wellbeing, lean into leadership, break down prejudice and create environments where diversity is celebrated.
