School Improvement Plan for COHR 2021-2024

Following our 2020 School Review  our staff collaborated and developed our School Improvement Plan for the next four years. We will use this to guide us we work towards improving positive learning outcomes for all students at Christ Our Holy Redeemer.

Over the next four years we will have three main priorities and each priority will have it's own goal.

Priority 1- STUDENT LEARNING

Goal: To build the capacity of all staff as teachers and leaders, empowering them to grow every student.

Priority 2 - STUDENT ENGAGEMENT

Goal: To strengthen staff and student capacity to activate learner voice, agency and leadership to enhance student engagement and empowerment 

Priority 3 - STUDENT WELLBEING

Goal: To grow COHR as an outward facing school community

Following our last School Advisory Council meeting it was suggested that we share our School Improvement Plan with the school community. Please find attached a copy of this document.

Over the course of the four-year, school improvement cycle our school will also develop an Annual Action Plan to be developed, actioned and reviewed. In our next fortnight's newsletter we will share our 2021 Annual Action Plan.
