JUNIOR SPORT 

Under the current circumstances, it has been a quiet start to the term in Junior School sport. The RAS (Riverina Associated Schools) Athletics Carnival and the NSW Touch Gala Day have both been postponed and will be rescheduled later in Term 3. I will notify students and parents once the new date has been determined.

The Trent Barrett Shield is scheduled for Thursday 19 August. This is a local Rugby League (boys) and League Tag (girl) carnival for students in Stage 2. Selection trials will commence on Tuesday for the boys team. Interested students are encouraged to bring headgear and mouthguards for trials.

Congratulations to the Tennis team who competed in the Todd Woodbridge Cup on the last day of Term 2. We were extremely competitive throughout the day, only missing out on qualifying for the next round on a countback. Thank you to the following students for representing the College with wonderful sportsmanship; Jack Arentz, Jack Miller, Claudia Plum, Lucy Arentz, Zara Reynolds, Will Reynolds, Alexis Alchin and Thomas Creed.
