Parent Teacher/ Course Confirmation interviews
This term we are combining our Parent Teacher interviews with the Course Confirmation interviews for our year 9 & 10 students so that parents/students only have one set of interviews to attend.
Due to COVID we will need to run all interviews remotely using Webex and bookings will be completed through your Compass parent portal.
Bookings for year 10 Course Confirmation interviews have opened - parents were emailed information on how to access and book these interviews.
Bookings for all other interviews will open next week. Instructions on how to book interviews through Compass will be emailed when bookings open.
Instructions and further information about how to attend the virtual interviews via webex will be emailed closer to the dates.
STRUCTURE OF THE TWO DAYS
| THURSDAY 19TH AUGUST | |

| Year 9 students | No classes during the day. Interviews held between 9.00am and 7.00pm. Both core teachers will meet with the student/parents to cover course confirmation for year 10 2022 and provide a learning progress report. |
| Year 10 students | Will have classes periods 1 - 4 (no classes after lunch - dismissed at 12.45). Course confirmation interviews commence at 1.00pm and are available until 7.00pm. At 3.00pm parents teacher interviews commence also and continue until 7.00pm. |
| Year 7,8,11,12 students | Will have classes periods 1 - 5 (no period 6 - early dismissal at 2.30). Parent teacher interviews commence at 3.00 and continue until 7.00pm. |
