Year 7 Food Technology

 

Year 7 Food Technology Classes in Term 3 continued learning about the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating (AGHE). Students focused on each section of the AGHE and had already studied Grains, Vegetables, Beans and Legumes during onsite classes. Students looked at the Milk, Yoghurt and Cheese section. This involved looking at different types of milk (dairy and non-dairy), tasting cheeses that they had in the fridge at home and cooking pizza, using flour and yoghurt as the base, and their favourite family toppings. They did a great job!
