What's being created in the Art Department

Remote Learning - 

Students have been creating some fantastic artworks whilst in remote learning. Below are some artworks by Georgina Scurrah and Loraine Pontejos. Georgina has created some interesting photos of Monstera plant leaves and experimented with different filters to create new ways of looking at plants. Loraine has created an entertaining photo whilst her class were looking at Toy Photography. Classes looked at different tricks toy photographers use to take their highly imaginative photos. Loraine’s use of a low photo angle helps show the born leader Buzz Lightyear is!

Tuesday Art Club:

Recently at Lunchtime Art Club students have been helping create mosaic tiles that will feature in our Indigenous Garden. We have been working on a tile for each house. Other students have been working on their own drawings. Art Club is open to anyone who wants to help work on a group project or their own individual artworks. If you are interested, we would love to see you in the art rooms Tuesday lunchtimes.
