Southern Metropolitan Athletics Championships

We had a great day at the Southern Metropolitan Athletics Championships that were held at Casey Fields Athletics Centre last week. Joshua Baldsing (Javelin), Henry Zhou (Discus) and Aiden McCarthy (200m and High Jump) all performed strongly in their events in high calibre fields and narrowly missed out on a placing. Our girls' relay team of Gracie Gao, Margot Worthy, Holly Brabner and Raven Kaifa again gelled together beautifully in a sizzling performance that saw them walk away with a  bronze medal. Many thanks to all parents and family members who came along to support the team on the day.
