The World of Work

The Year 12 students have

SAP – The students are having a second turn to run the school canteen each Tuesday and Thursday, working as a team to prepare the lunch orders for the entire school, considering food handling standards and OHS requirements.  This gives students a taste of the hospitality industry.

SNK – The students return to the weekly BBQ at Bunnings, South Morang.  Working in a fast-paced environment, students develop customer service, money-handling, food preparation and safety skills.  Feel free to come down any Thursday to buy a sausage and see the crew in action.

SSS – The class has been working in the manufacturing industry at Endeavour Foundation in Keon Park.  Students have had experience in packaging goods, despatching stock and processing orders.
