Chapel and Assembly

Families are welcome to come along to the Church for Chapel on Wednesday mornings from 9am and to the hall for Assemblies on Friday mornings from 9am. Chapel and Assemblies will continue to be livestreamed on our closed group on Facebook each week.

Wednesday Chapel

Chapel in Term 1 began with a focus on the people that Jesus met and interacted with, and what we can take away from these meetings and moments in Jesus’s Life. We have shifted our focus to the theme of Holy Week as we continue to look at Jesus and this amazing story through the eyes of people who encountered him during this time.

Thank you to Miss Mattner for hosting our Chapel this morning about the Garden of Gethsemane/ Jesus’ Arrest: Judas.

The remainder of the Term 1 Chapels will be led by:

Week 10 (5/4) 9am: 2 Tew/ Voigt: Peter’s Denial: Peter

Week 11 (13/4) 9am: Pastor Matt & Vicar Tom- Closing Chapel: Crucifixion and Resurrection

Friday Assembly

Thank you to 5 Lethborg for hosting Assembly last week. 4 Bakewell will be our last host for Assembly this term on 31/3 as the following Friday is Good Friday and Friday Week 11 is a pupil free day.

Welcome Georgina Morrison to our Teaching Team

We welcome Georgina to our Senior Class.

Georgina shares: My name is Georgina Morrison, and I am originally from rural Victoria, I have grown up on a farm. The last two years I have been teaching in Nhill and I am very excited for my new adventure teaching at St Paul Lutheran. I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy playing sports such as netball, water skiing and running. I also have a passion for nursing, and I am a Registered Nurse which I studied before teaching. I am very privileged to be working two jobs that I love and to be able to help people in both roles.

This is my family; My Mum and Dad and three siblings.

Please join us as we welcome George to our St Paul Lutheran School Community.
