Twlight Market Wrap Up

Wow, what a Saturday! Thank you to all the parents and friends that came out to work, support and enjoy our Twilight Market for 2019. It took lots of donations and time and we would like to thank everyone that volunteered to work or set up or pack up plus the following businesses and individuals. 

 

A huge thank you to the following businesses:

 

The Fuel Agency - Tim Kidman for supplying the artwork for the boards and flyers again for the 3rd time.

Thomsons Real Estate - for sponsoring 4 boards to be placed around the area.

De La Salle - Sandy Wreford for organising the loan of all the tables and 2 large Marquees

Bakers Delight - Sam for donating 20 loaves of bread for the Bbq

Your Local Butcher -Marty for giving us a great price on our sausages and for Gerrry Farrell for organising and picking them up.

Fleischers - for giving us a great price on our ice cream and donating the cups and spoons.

TPCC - for loaning us a marquee and for Zoe for loaning us steamers and eski's.

Fruit Nest - for loaning us the popcorn machine and all the equipment , sourcing the onions for the BBQ and bringing your gorgeous stall.

Provincial Home Living - Sasha and Jane for their set up of the furniture and bar area which looked amazing again.

All the stallholders who came and sold their wares and made the hall look so fabulous.

 

For individuals an enormous thank you to:

 

The Boys from De La Salle who blew us away with their talents and hits. Well done to them.

Mason Fodera - another great act who had the crowd captivated with his voice and guitar skills. We were so lucky to have both of you.

Joanne Hawksworth - For all the emailing, prep work, volunteer lists and organisation for the entire market day.

Isabelle Freeman - For running her skipping clinic for the kids.

All Saints Netball Club - For running a shooting comp and an amazing stall of spin the wheel!

Sarah Gerrand - for selling the market bags, cookbooks and preserves for the school.

Dave Kahan - For bringing his popular Janimals and food stall and helping with the food area.

Stacey Farrell for helping to gather the last of the volunteers and organise them for us. Plus hours on the bar!!

James Noonan and his support team of the Napolitano's, Talia and Stacey for their amazing bar set up, donations of alcohol and smooth running of the bar.

Helen Chamberlain for organising the Fairy floss/snow comes and working out how to make it and multiple shifts on the day.

Courtney Jendra - for her help getting all the volunteers and donations organised and amazing support on the day.

Jade Oliver and Rhonda Davey for answering the call for help before, during and after the market.

Adrian Beedel for basically saying yes to everything we asked him to do such as picking up games, marquees, tables plus working a mean 2 ½ hours on the bbq and doing a beer run. Amazing!!

Amy Alston - for driving all the way to Braeside to pick up the snow cones and fairy floss to save us money and her twirling skills on the Floss!

Shane Mackintosh - for answering a late call to help sent up tents and table at 10am on Saturday.

 

We loved being able to bring such a great Day for St Josephs Malvern and showcase our families and school to the wider community.
