CHILL OUT AND LOOK ABOUT

On Monday 10 August, we proudly launched our campaign to the public! We were all extremely excited to see our campaign up on social media, after all the hard work and hours spent in Dylan Brigg’s memory. Over the past few months, together with Dylan’s family, the Year 9 LEAD Class have worked on posters, brochures, teacher resources, and changing the speed limit around our school, Frankston High School.

So far, our social media platforms have been a great way to share our important message! With over 550 hits on YouTube, 250 followers on Instagram, and 19,000 views of our video on Facebook! Thank you for all the support we have received since we had started up the campaign, as well as continuing to help us spread the message to 'Chill out and Look About' at all times!

Please visit our website (made entirely by Year 9 student Kai Malcolm) with lots of great resources at www.chilloutlookabout.org or follow us on facebook and Instagram.

SAVE THE BEES

Members of the SLC and Eco team have joined forces and have been sewing 100% cotton face masks for the school community.  Despite the restrictions, we were able to sell lots to the amazing Frankston High School staff who are all enjoying their fun and colourful masks. Masks were $10 and all money raised will be donated to Save The Bees charity 🐝

Here are some of our staff sporting their purchases and examples of the masks.  Thank you to students Amelie Rule, Charlotte Burke, Olivia Wright, Tara Roshdieh, Beth Yeuong and Jordan Lancaster for their sewing expertise.

Stay safe FHS community ❤️
