Next week we welcome students back to Rochester Secondary College and we can't wait! Students and families have done an amazing job during remote learning under very difficult circumstances.

The following are some messages for our students from our staff after a discussion in our staff meeting on Monday.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the way you have conducted yourselves this term. In times of such uncertainty, you have shown constant positivity, resilience, kindness, and a willingness to try your absolute best regardless of the task. I am really proud of each and every one of you!" Ms. Elgar

"Look forward to the opportunities face-to-face teaching affords you, bring to school the skills you've relied upon during RL and start every new day fresh - it's a gift!" Ms. Doller

"Looking forward to seeing you all in person again!" Ms. Elgar

"Students have been amazing during this remote learning block. Make sure you continue the great work when we get back to school and most importantly enjoy the final term of school." Mr. Moyle

"Well done on getting through remote learning and lockdown 2.0. You have truly shown your capacity for resilience and maturity when faced with a difficult situation twice, we do not take it for granted and you should be extremely proud of yourselves." Ms. Conway

"We have missed you! - You guys are amazing. You have demonstrated real resilience. Well done!" Ms. Nichol
