Secret room
“Mission completed Lily,” said talking into her radio. Come back to headquarters was the reply. Then their boss said new mission. “Where is it?” Lily said. “At the school” their boss said. “How will I go with it?” said Lily. Their boss said there were new people joining us. “Here they come. There names are Dueller and Max. Your code name is Mallow.” “Nobody has ever snuck into the school like that, “ Dueller said. “Just go” said the boss. All the spies got to the school. Max said, “It is very dark”. “Let’s go, “said Lily. They ran. There was a trap, the trap lifted. “Oh no we’re stuck in a net.” Lily said, “Did anyone bring something?” Dueller said. “I brought something,” Max said! “Scissors.” Max cut us out. “Let’s keep looking” Lily said. “Outdoor fence, maybe no.” “Art room, no” There was nothing. “Music room. Yes! Yes!” There was a secret room. Their mission was complete.

Once upon a time there was a fairy named Lilly. Lilly was very bad it spells. One day Lilly was a t home and she asked her Mum and Dad why she is so bad at spells. They said that we all have to learn. So she went to her room. She was very frustrated that she couldn’t do spells properly. So she tried to do a really hard spell so that she can prove that she can do spells. But she accidently made a monster. She ran away as fast as she could. She heard a scream from her sister’s room. She helped her sister out of the room. They all ran outside and told everyone to go to safety. Then she saw her friend and she told her what happened. Then her teachers asked what the plan is. Then Lily quickly put a spell on the monster and the it vanished.

Once upon a time there lived a Night Fairy. Her name was called Mia and she lived in a castle with her mum and dad and her big sister and two girls and a silly girl. One night when it was pouring rain, and everybody was sleeping except Mia who was keeping guard. A mean fairy named princess Poppy put a net over Mia. Then she put Mia in her castle and locked her in her dungeon.
Suddenly Mia’s friends flew in and they shouted Mia, Mia we will help you. Amy and Meg distracted the guards. Emma and Natalie ran in and they tried to free Mia but they couldn’t because Princess Poison was too powerful. Then Emma said to Natalie “Why don’t we join our powers together?” They said to Princess Poison “We will destroy all of you.” Princess Poison said “If you don’t destroy us we will let Mia go.” “Ok” said Emma. So Princess Poison let Mia go.

In Weeks 5 and 6 the Year Two students have been looking at fractions. They have been learning about halves, quarters and eighths. They looked at the how the denominator determines the size of a fraction and they can tell you that the bigger the number on the bottom of a fraction, the smaller each piece of the fraction. Have a look at how they have ordered the fractions they looked at. Then they showed real life fractions that they found around their homes. Our Year Two students are absolutely amazing!

I love Lottie
She is very spotty
She is a cute puppy
And she is very fluffy
She always needs the potty
Basketball is fun
You always need to run
Your team will share the ball around the room
And if the opponent gets it you are doom
It is really fun we you have won

There once was a class of year four
That was for sure the best of them all
You could have said ‘hi’
They would of say ‘bye’
They were for sure the best of them all!
There once was a class of year four
That wasn’t the brightest at all
If there was ever a pot of gold
They wouldn’t be quite bold
Because they weren’t the brightest at all

There once was an old lady from Rhome
Who couldn’t find her way home
She walked down the street,
With very sore feet
That little old lady from Rhome.
There once was a snowman named Scott
He didn’t do well when hot
He was having some fun
When out came the sun
And now our friend Scott is not!

The once was a silly old cat
Who ate and ate and got terribly fat
It ate all day
Did nothing but lay
Oh, that cat what a brat
There once was dog called Maisy
Who could be described as lazy
But one day it got a fright
From a very scary sight
Now it won’t stop eating daisies!

I can’t keep back the need for sleep,
Long, comfy, cosy, sweet and deep.
I know I must try,
To open my eyes,
Before back into dreams I leap.

There once was a seagull named Phil
He lived high up on a hill
When there was free food
He was awfully rude
And ate it at his windowsill
There once was a dog named Rocks
Who liked to eat people’s socks
They were his favourite meal
And very easy to steal
He had a whole bunch in a box
