Even in the grips of a pandemic, the Production Team has continued to run remote rehearsals for our student community through Term 3! We had spoonfuls of sugar, flew kites and learnt how to spell Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
Now, with the latest updates from the government about extending lock downs to protect our community from the threat of COVID-19, we have fallen upon Plan H, a.ka. Plan “Hope”. Our production is aiming to be filmed at the end of November with a release date in the community intended before the end of 2020!
We appreciate your ongoing support with this whole school initiative – and we look forward to eventually sharing the fruits of our labour with you all soon! In the meantime, enjoy a cute video of a production warm up – keep an eye out for Ms Hanley’s amazing dance moves!

2020 marks the 40th birthday of Wheelers Hill Secondary College, and our past and present community are invited to help us celebrate this landmark anniversary.
In 2020, Wheelers Hill Secondary College turns 40 years young! Due to the ongoing restrictions on assembly caused by COVID-19, we're celebrating this historic occasion with several small events, released digitally, in order to keep our community safe. A larger birthday celebration is planned for 2021.
The first event to mark this anniversary is a special Birthday Message Wall, which is now live on our College website! This page contains messages from alumni, parents, and staff across the College's 40 year history, and we thank the contributors for their kind wishes and memories.

The Academy for Enterprising Girls is for girls who want to make a positive change in the world through business. It’s designed to give young women like you the mindset, skillset and toolset you need to become a Girl Founder! Young Change Agents delivers workshops as part of the Academy for young women from 10-18 who are excited about the opportunity to make a real difference in your community.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify problems and then develop and test solutions. You’ll bring these solutions to life in the form of a social enterprise! This is your chance to develop your skills and create your own business idea. You’ll even build a prototype (draft version) of your idea.
