Enrolment Process

The enrolment process is outlined in the Business Regulations. If you have any questions about this process please do not hesitate to contact either myself or the Assistant Registrar, Ms Erin Boyd.

If parents wish their child’s future enrolment to be viable the Application Fee of $110 must be paid. When an Application Form and Fee are received parents are contacted, in order of receipt, and invited to arrange an Enrolment Interview. This will start to occur approximately twelve to eighteen months prior to the year of entry. The enrolment interview is a wonderful opportunity for parents and future students to learn more about the school and also an opportunity for us to get to know the future student better. An offer for a place in the School will follow this interview if a vacancy exists in the required year level.

Current parents are reminded to please submit an Application Form, along with the fee, for any younger siblings to attend in the future. If you are unsure, please contact us for further details.

Contact Details changed?

The School maintains an accurate database of students’ and parents/guardians’ contact details to ensure communications reach you.  If you have changed any of your contact details and have not notified the School, please contact the Registry Office and the changes will be made immediately.  If you feel other pertinent details may be missing from your students’ records, please also email them to us at registrar@girton.vic.edu.au.
