The Dave Wilson Blues Band Comes to Friends’
We’re delighted that the band featuring and named after one of our music teachers, Dave Wilson, will perform in the High School at lunch on Wednesday 11 March.
The performance will be followed by a contemporary music workshop from 3.30pm to 5pm in the Green Room of The Farrall Centre. The workshop will focus on performance preparation in contemporary / rock music.
The workshop is open to all students from Years 5 to 12 who sing, or would like to sing, solo or with a band, or play guitar, bass guitar or drums.
This is a unique opportunity to hear from some of Tasmania's finest musicians. Students wishing to attend the workshop are asked to register their interest using this form.
