Crochet and Knitting Club 

EPC (Eastern Palliative Care) have a ‘Hugmaker’ volunteer program, which seeks handmade items for those in palliative care. A number of teachers and students at VSC have formed a crochet and knitting club in order to contribute crocheted and knitted squares which will be joined to make blankets.

We would like to extend the invitation to join our club to include more staff and students. 

If you are someone who enjoys making things, especially when they are going to warm someone who is doing it tough, then this might be the club for you, no experience is necessary! We meet in E10 every Thursday at lunchtime 

Please BYO 4mm crochet hook or knitting needles and 8ply yarn. 

If any members of the community have spare 8ply yarn, 4mm crochet hooks or knitting needles and wish to donate them to our club, please bring them to Ms Lyon or Ms Westmore in the Science office or contact Mandela Russell
