School Council President

Celebrating Principals' Day - Part II

We had a huge response to our Facebook post celebrating Principals' Day and thanking Mrs Thornton for her hard work and positive attitude while leading our school.

Ms Buzzini had recorded a video of students showing their appreciation for Mrs Thornton and we planned to play a video of at our assembly last Friday. Due to technical difficulties (err...Google Drive permissions), we were unable to play so the children thanked Mrs Thornton in person (which was quite a touching event in itself).

We've now fixed our technical difficulties and you can watch the video below.

Have A Go

Our "Have A Go" evening is coming up in just two weeks, so now is the time to book your act and buy your tickets if you haven't already. It's an ACPS community event to celebrate togetherness, bravery and a have a go attitude on Friday August 26 at 7pm in our Performing Arts Theatre.

I've heard plenty of students say they would like to perform but they haven't entered yet. It's time to enter and start rehearsing!

Register your act or performance at https://forms.monday.com/forms/eff0f78a5911e43f105ba5b006accd0c?r=use1

Tickets are on sale now at https://www.trybooking.com/CBHVC and are just $5 per person. Please note that everyone attending (including performers) will need to buy a ticket. There is no charge to perform and "Have A Go".

Put an act together and you can 'Have A Go' as an individual, a group, or a family. Be a part of this Andersons Creek Primary School's history making event.

Let's stand together and cheer each other on.

If you have any questions, just contact Ali Sharma (Jesse's mum 3/4Z)  at alisharma222@gmail.com.
