Senior Aeroschool News

Following on from the great success of our Primary Aeroschool teams, the Senior Aeroschool team headed to Melbourne on Friday 29th July. The senior team consisted of twelve students from Year 7- 10 and competed in five events. The teams faced large sections of up to 25 teams and performed strong routines. We had one of our Aerodance Teams place 6th and qualify to compete at the Aeroschool National Championships on the Gold Coast.

Along with our Primary students, we will send 29 students to the Gold Coast to represent Girton at the Aeroschool National Championships on the 15th and 16th September.

We would like to thank coach Sally Moore from Palmers Gym for coaching our junior and senior teams. We would also like to thank our Aerobic Captain Ruby Conti 10M for coaching our students, along with our senior students who gave up their time to attend the primary competition day to support our younger students- Alisha Love (8M), Stephanie Carlson (7 F) and Varley Bobart (7M). 

We wish all of the students well for the Aeroschool National Championships.
