Senior School Vaccinations

Our next Vaccination date will be held in Week 8 on Friday, 11th June. 

Year 10 Meningococcal Cards has been distributed by Tutors this week (Week 3). 

Vaccinations to be offered at the next Clinic are:

• Year 10, Meningococcal ACWY
• Year 7, dTpa and 1st dose HPV- catch up
• Year 8, dTpa and HPV- catch up of students who returned their consent in 2020
• Year 11, Meningococcal ACWY- catch up of students who returned their consent in 2020

A completed original consent card is required by NSW Health in order for a student to receive the vaccination.  Completed Consent Cards can be returned to me at Student Reception.
