Principal's Report

Dear parents,

It was great to welcome our parent community onsite last Thursday for our annual Show Day event! Despite the threat of poor weather we pushed on and it was fantastic to see students, teachers and parents enjoying a great time together at each of the stalls. A big thank you to the organising committee for your hard work and dedication preparing this amazing event for our school community.

I would like you to join me in welcoming Mrs Jodi Warner to our school as Principal in term 4. Mrs Warner comes to Girraween PS as a very experienced principal from her current school Walters Road PS. She is focused on collaborative leadership to ensure improvement of educational outcomes for all students. She is committed to continuing the quality teaching and personalised learning programs that Girraween Public School delivers.

In term 4 our school will continue to provide quality learning programs alongside engaging extra-curricular activities to continue to develop the knowledge and skills of every student.

I wish everyone a safe and restful holiday break. Recharge and get ready for a very busy term 4.
