I’m very pleased to confirm the NPS Fete is happening - Saturday 18 March 2023
- please pop it in your calendars & spread the word!
Following the last few years of . . . well blah . . . we are sooooo overdue for a fun community event & gee I’m excited to support our school to help organise the next one!
I’m Sam by the way. New prep mumma to Xander & I’ve put my hand up as our NPS Fete Coordinator.
Our family has attended every Fete date since we moved to the area in 2014 & have always marvelled at the community spirit we live in, knowing we would ‘for sure’ get involved when the time came. And here I am!
There is MUCH to organise from what I’ve been told & also read, but please let me reassure you all, that my work life hat is Project Management, so I’m pretty sure, with a team of great parents involved, we’ll all make this Fete an enormous super fundraising event & fun day out for our kids.
So, I’m calling out to anyone & everyone who’s interested to join the Fete Team in various capacities. Perhaps you’ve been involved in past Fete events, have or know of a business that could donate services/product/time for inclusion in our silent auction, have a love of playing music in a band, cooking or harvesting fruit for stall sales, BBQ’ing, donating clothes, books, plants, hampers, setting up gazebos, chairs, tables, using our teachers as slime targets … fun stuff, whatever?! Feel free to offer tips, ideas, superstar skills, in any way shape or form - large or small. I am keen to hear from you! 😉
