The First 8 Days of School at CSPS
At CSPS we engage in activities that create a Positive Classroom Environment. This motivates students to want to learn, to come to school feeling safe and happy and to set boundaries of expectations.
Purpose
- To establish clear and high expectations through CSPS expected behaviours.
- To foster an inclusive education promoting connectedness and engagement with learning.
- To ensure our school vision and values are embedded in everyday practices and interactions.
- To provide a safe and supportive environment that celebrates diversity and acknowledges the right of every child.
- To ensure students have the tools and skills to develop positive and self-regulating behaviours, enhancing students' resilience, optimism, confidence, social and emotional skills.
The students have been engaged in a variety of activities as they settle into their classrooms for 2021.
