Creative Workers Grant
Late last year Regional Arts Victoria launched the Creative Workers in Schools program, which is supporting people who work in the arts to undertake a six-month residency in a school. Fortunately, our application was successful and we will have three Creative Workers joining us for terms 1 and 2.
These Creative Workers all have backgrounds in performing and physical arts, especially circus, dance and drama. They are Tara Gooding, Joh Fairley and Erick Mitsak. All three Creative Workers have a long history working with the school and the community, as they are all BNWPS parents!
The Creative Workers will be helping to develop and deliver a large project in Term 2, which we will build on as we head towards the massive end of year Art Attak!
