BUZ Ranger Peer Mediation Training

On Friday 19th of February, the Student Leaders took part in 'Rangers Peer Mediation Training'. Peer mediation is a process that enables children to solve conflicts with the assistance of a third person or person's “mediator” to assist them in finding an agreeable solution. During the day our leaders learned skills needed to be a mediator and assist their peers in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

We also had a great time honing our teamwork skills and also covered our BUZ core skills which support the peer mediation process.
