St Simon's NationalRide2School Day

National Ride2School Day is Australia’s biggest celebration of active travel. It is a day full of fun and colour where students, teachers and parents discover the joy of riding and kick-start healthy habits for the future.

This year, our school, St Simon’s, is part of the National Ride2School Day initiative on this Friday 19th March.

On Friday, we ask all students and parents to ride their bike, scoot, skate or walk to school on this day. Students riding, scooting or skating to school will go into the DRAW TO WIN A PRIZE. Prizes will include bike accessories and gift cards.

As your child rides their bike into the school ground, there will be a bike course on the basketball court for them to try out and enjoy the experience of bike riding. The bike course will be open from 8:00am on Friday. Parking of bikes on the day will be in the school’s bike rake and safely in the school hall.

We hope to see many of our St Simon’s community riding, scooting or skating to school on Friday!
